Pickup Process

Q: What kind of vehicle is used?

A: BlackdOt uses secure, unmarked vehicles equipped for comfort and safety. Some vehicles include medical equipment or privacy partitions depending on the individual's needs.

Q: Can family members accompany the individual?

A: In some cases, yes. This depends on space, safety protocols, and the nature of the intake. Our team will advise during scheduling.

Arrival at the Facility

Q: What happens once the individual arrives?

A: Upon arrival, the individual is welcomed by our intake staff, given a brief orientation, and guided through the initial evaluation process. Personal belongings are logged and stored securely.

Q: Is the individual free to leave?

A: If the intake is voluntary, yes. If the individual is under legal hold or medical directive, discharge must follow proper procedures.

Safety & Privacy
